We have 18 years of nationwide delivery experience that enables us to deliver year round fresh organic foods using ice packs for perishable produce, dry ice for frozen foods and recyclable packing materials. We guarantee your order will arrive in perfect condition!

Orders placed by 1 PM PST Monday through Thursday are usually sent out the same day for next day delivery.
During the holidays, bad weather or other especially bustling times, orders may be delayed.

We take orders until 1 PM PST on Friday for Saturday Deliveries, although FedEx has a limited delivery schedule on Saturdays so we will have to confirm your destinations eligibility for delivery on this day.
(Please specify if you would like Saturday Delivery - $10 fee)

Orders placed after 1 PM PST Thursday will be sent out Monday for delivery on Tuesday, unless specified for Saturday delivery.
You may also specify in the comments section to have your order held for delivery on a specific date. Deliveries can not arrive on a Sunday or Monday because FedEx is not operational these days.

Gift Baskets and Samplers Include Free Delivery - No Shipping & Handling Charges

All gift baskets and samplers include free delivery (usually overnight) to most areas. Overnight samplers to rural addresses are $5 extra; to the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, $20 extra. The delivery charge for extra items added on to samplers is $1.25 per pound for the extra weight.

Standing Orders

Create a custom standing order to be delivered once a week, once a month, or at whatever schedule you need. Simply call or email us with your list and let us know when you'd like your order delivered. You can also make changes to your order or skip a delivery by calling or emailing us before the order is shipped, and we'll take care of it from there.

Shipping & Handling on Individual Item Orders

For orders where, you select the individual items that you need, guaranteed standard overnight delivery nationwide from FedEx is $25 plus $1.25 per pound of total package weight. This includes the number of boxes used and packing material.

Delivery Quotes

We will send your order immediately without a delivery quote unless you specify otherwise on the order page. With a request; we will email you with an approximate delivery charge. PLEASE REPLY! If we do not receive a reply to the emailed delivery quote within 3 days, we will assume you do not wish to receive the order and your order will be canceled.

Separate Delivery Addresses

Add separate addresses at checkout. They can be kept in your personal address book for convenience.

Morning Delivery

Morning delivery or "Priority Overnight" (to arrive by 12:30 PM) is available to most areas for an extra $5. Make the request in the notes section at checkout. At times we may specify morning delivery if we feel it is necessary.

Saturday Delivery

We take orders until 1 PM PST on Friday for Saturday deliveries, however, because FedEx has a limited delivery schedule on Saturdays we will have to confirm your destinations eligibility for delivery on this day. Specify "Saturday Delivery" in the shopping cart.
Not available for rural areas, AK, HI, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands.

Foreign Orders

We are happy to accept orders from foreign billing addresses for delivery to the US, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands

We can deliver overnight to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Additional delivery charges to these locations is $20 to $40; please call for details 1-888-ORGANIC (674-2642).
Shipping perishables to the Virgin Islands runs about $45 plus $1.25 per pound; non-perishables can be shipped via the USPS at a base rate of $10, however, we are not able to ship liquids with the USPS by law. Non-perishables may be shipped to a P.O. Box, but perishable orders can not be shipped to a P.O. Box. We can not accept money orders.

APOs

We can deliver only non-perishable shipments to US APOs.

Canada

Sorry, we are not able to deliver to Canada at this time.

If You Are Not Home To Sign for Your Package

FedEx will automatically leave your order at your door without a signature. No need to worry; with 18 years of nationwide delivery experience, we'll guarantee your order will arrive in perfect condition!

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only charged on non-food items delivered within California.

Regarding Wholesale

Sorry, we do not offer wholesale pricing or sell in bulk. We are retailers only and sell direct to home cooks in carefully selected smaller quantities.
